Engr. Divina provides Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE) Sign and Seal Services and sells of electronics parts. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges based on the nature of the product or service purchased.

1. Return & Refund Policy for Electronics Parts

We aim to provide high-quality electronic components. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

✅ Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
✅ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Items that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
❌ Final sale and customized electronic components.
❌ Items with missing original packaging or accessories.

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@engrdivina.com to initiate a return.
2. Ship the item back to our return address (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
3. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Options

💰 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
🔄 Exchanges are available if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. No Refund Policy for PECE Sign and Seal Service

Due to the nature of our professional engineering services, all transactions are final and non-refundable once documents have been signed and sealed.

Revisions & Corrections

• If an error occurs due to our processing, we will correct it at no additional charge.
• Any requested modifications beyond the original submission may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

• Before Processing: Cancellations may be considered before the sign and seal process begins. A cancellation fee may apply.
• After Processing: Once completed, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
